RubyGirl is a 
program for girls ages 13-18 that was established in 2005 out of the need for girls to understand their self-worth and demand respect from their peers and male counterparts. RubyGirl has serviced thousands of girls in schools, juvenile centers, churches, and community organizations. Many of the graduating girls in our program has pursued higher education. Rubygirl's overall mission to transform girls into ladies and express to them the delight of being a woman. Our goal is to help girls develop FINESSE.

The RubyGirl program offers workshops which involves activities and projects. Our workshops titles are catchy to enforce the focus of the material.

It's N-The Male
INTM is a program for boys ages 11-16 was founded in 2009, after parents continuously asked where is the program for the boys. Since it's inception the program has serviced over 1400 plus boys in schools, juvenile detention centers, churches, and community and sports organizations. During this time of puberty, self-discovery, transitions in middle school and high school can be a difficult time for a young man. Our program offer workshops designed to impart what we call the “P.I.A. Factor” (Power, Integrity, Authority) which often has been misinterpreted and stripped away from so many young men.
It's N-The Male is designed to focus on 8 core topics with in-depth learning to assure principles are learned:
