RubyGirl is a program designed for girls aged 13-18, established in 2005 to empower them to recognize their self-worth and to command respect from peers and male counterparts. Having reached thousands of girls in schools, juvenile centers, churches, and community organizations, RubyGirl has seen many participants continue on to higher education. The overarching mission of RubyGirl is to guide girls in their transformation into ladies and to celebrate the joy of womanhood. The program's aim is to assist girls in developing F.I.N.E.S.S.E.

It's N-The Male
The program, catering to boys aged 11-18, was established in 2009 in response to parents' inquiries about a boys' program. Since its inception, it has reached over 5,000 boys through schools, juvenile detention centers, churches, and community and sports organizations. Puberty, self-discovery, and the transitions from middle to high school can be challenging for young men. Our workshops aim to instill what we call the "P.I.A. Factor" (Power, Integrity, Authority), which has often been misunderstood or diminished in many young men.
"It's-N-The Male" is structured around eight core topics, ensuring comprehensive learning and the internalization of key principles.
